1. The best thing about pork dumplings is how easy it is to make them! The first step is simply mixing together your ginger, garlic, ground pork, chopped scallions, eggs, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

2. Stir the mixture thoroughly until completely mixed. Prepare your wanton skins before use by placing the flour side face down.

3. Take about 2 teaspoons of pork and place at the center of your wraps.

4. The next part can be down using the Machika Dough Press Set 4 pack. However, you can also take the time to do it by hand, though the process can be time consuming. You will need to moisten the edges of the dumpling and use your fingers to fold the dumpling skin over.

5. Then, crimp the edges of the dumplings to seal and create that classic dumpling pleated design.

6. From here, you can steam your dumplings for about 20 minutes using a steamer basket. If you would like to fry your dumplings, then you can add your 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a pan that comes with a lid.

7. Brown your dumplings by cooking over medium heat. Make sure to brown both sides

8. Then, add about ½ cup of water and cover. After about 10 minutes, your dumplings are done.

9. Place on a cool plate and paper towels to absorb any leftover oil and let sit for around 5 - 10 minutes before eating.
