Great pan
I had the SS, thick, clad bottom pan,but, its hard to get it to toast the rice ,so, came back to the original thickness pan . Works great.
Great party fun
This is a great sized Paella pan for 4-6 people. My neighbors & I really enjoy making paella & I’m hoping to use it as part of a block party. This fits perfectly on the Weber grill. I had a smaller on but it just didn’t hold enough ingredients.
